We are looking for a passionate go-getter to help us with fundraising and/or setting up other projects that raise money for our mission.

Serve the City Maastricht exists to connect our city by helping each other. Currently, we do this by helping and connecting many people at our Big Volunteer Days, Gezellig Hepke’s and through the NOAH project. Our vision is to enable more and more people through these projects to help each other, and connect with each other.

One of the driving forces behind all of this is the money to pay for the work behind the scenes. We are looking for someone to join our team by supporting with fundraising and creatively generating income for our projects. You don’t have to be an expert, but an affinity with the subject is desirable.

 

Your responsibilities may include:

Developing new sources of income through, for example, cooperation with companies, sales at events, merchandise, or other creative interpretations
Applying for and justifying funds
Maintaining contact with our partners (municipality and funds)

You can translate a practical project into a well-defined plan with a clear financial picture
You are a good communicator and team player
You like to set up collaborations, sell and look for creative ways to generate income

You speak Dutch and English
