Do you like gardening and practical jobs? Then come and join us at The Abbey. The Abbey is a contemporary monastery where various social organizations work together. In the Abbey you’ll find a residential community, a Mother and Child House and a church. Also, every week 1500 meals are prepared by Caritas for people with a minimum income. Serve the City Maastricht wants to roll up its sleeves together with the residents of The Abbey on the Big Volunteer Day on May 27.
Since the bulk of the projects are scattered around the city please bring a bike to get to your project location easily.

Location
To start the day, we will meet at The Social Hub, Sphinxcour 9A in Maastricht. The project will then be at the Abbey, which is at Pater Kusterweg 24, which is on the hill up toward Cadier en Keer.
