🎃 Join Us for a Fun Halloween Afternoon! 👻
For a fun and creative afternoon at Overmaze, a reception centre for Ukrainian residents, we’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help with a Halloween-themed activity for children aged 6 to 12.
Together, we’ll get creative with Halloween crafts, drawing, colouring, and fun games. Think spooky decorations, cheerful pumpkins, and, of course, lots of Halloween fun! 🕸️🧡 We’ll create a warm and relaxed atmosphere where the children can let their imaginations run wild, have fun, and simply enjoy being kids.
Your presence can make a real difference! Whether you’re helping with crafts, joining in the games, or simply chatting and having fun with the children, you’ll help make this an afternoon to remember. Would you like to join us? Sign up and enjoy a lovely afternoon filled with creativity, games, and Halloween magic! ✨🦇
Programme
🕝 1:15 PM – Welcome and introduction to the activities
🎨 1:30 PM – Halloween crafts and games with the children
😊 3:30 PM – Group wrap-up and end of the afternoon
⚠️ Important: Please only sign up if you’re sure you can attend. Once you register, both we and the children will be counting on you to be there. Your participation truly makes a difference! The children are looking forward to this afternoon, and they deserve volunteers they can rely on. Together, we can make it a fun, successful, and unforgettable Halloween afternoon! 💙🎃
