Your project

The Groene Poort Oost Park is a beautiful green space connecting the neighbourhoods of Scharn and Heer. During the volunteer day on Saturday the 25^th of July, you’ll join the park’s dedicated volunteers. Do you enjoy gardening and helping to maintain green spaces? Together we’ll keep the park looking beautiful. From caring for plants to removing weeds and carrying out small maintenance tasks, your help truly makes a difference! 💚

Programme

10:30 AM Meet at the entrance 👋

10:45 AM Start gardening 🌱

12:30 PM Lunch (kindly provided by Plus Supermarkt and Maison Culinair) 🥪🥤

2:30 PM Wrap-up

⚠️ Important: If the temperature is expected to exceed 27°C (80.6°F), the schedule will be adjusted. ☀️🥵 In that case, the volunteer day will take place from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM. You will receive a message about this on the Thursday before the volunteer day.

📍 Location

The entrance to The Groene Poort Oost is on Oude Molenweg, Maastricht. The project leader will be waiting at the entrance from 10:30 AM to welcome you.
