Serve the City connects the city by helping each other. Serve the City organizes a monthly community dinner where groups of residents of Maastricht from different backgrounds enjoy a fully
catered meal with the aim of connecting each other. Like a community dinner, people sit at the table with each other who will not just meet. Seniors sit at the table with young people, students with refugees and newcomers with true Maastricht people. They are welcomed by a still so diverse group of volunteers, who prepare the meal and sit at the table with the guests to really connect. Use an evening there is musical framework and a common group activity
such as a bingo quiz.
