Your confidence journey: speak and present yourself with certainty
Have you ever struggled to say “no,” introduce yourself, or handle criticism? Do you sometimes feel like people aren’t really hearing you, or wonder how your body language affects your message?
This interactive 90-minute workshop is for people of all ages, cultures, and backgrounds who want to build more confidence in how they speak and present themselves. In this practical session, you’ll learn the difference between passive, aggressive, and assertive communication. You’ll also see how your thoughts, feelings, and posture influence the way others see you.
Using simple exercises based on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), role plays, and group discussions, you’ll practice saying “no” clearly and kindly, dealing with criticism calmly, and matching your body language to your words.
You’ll also learn useful tools to rethink negative thoughts and manage stress, especially in moments when you want to stay calm and confident.
By the end of the workshop, you’ll create your own action plan – a clear next step to keep building habits that lead to stronger communication, better relationships, and a healthy sense of self-worth.
No matter where you’re starting from, this workshop is a great step toward feeling more confident and expressing yourself clearly.
