Scharwyerveld Care Centre is celebrating its 20th anniversary! And what better way to celebrate than with a wonderful afternoon of music, entertainment and fun together with our residents?
We have a festive programme planned, including performances by local Limburg artists. To help make the afternoon a great experience for our residents, we’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to lend a hand.
What will you be doing?
You’ll be part of the team helping to make sure everything runs smoothly. We’re looking for people who are flexible and happy to pitch in wherever they’re needed.
Tasks may include:
- ☕ Serving coffee and vlaai
- 🎉 Helping and supporting residents during the celebrations
- 🧹 Clearing up and keeping things tidy throughout the afternoon
- 🙌 Helping with other practical tasks as they come up
You don’t need to know exactly what you’ll be doing beforehand. The main thing is that you’re willing to help wherever needed and enjoy making the afternoon special for our residents.
🕐 Schedule
1:15 PM – Meet at reception for a short briefing
1:30 PM – The celebration begins – help wherever needed!
5:00-5:30 PM – The afternoon comes to an end; help with tidying up
