With this activity, Serve the City wants to give the residents of Stichting Radar and others in their neighborhood the feeling that they are incredibly valuable and loved. Laugh together, drink hot chocolate (with marshmallows!) and make decorations in preparation for Carnival, because it is not only fun, but it is also a great way to get to know each other.
