From Scharwyerveld Care Centre<\/strong>, we will take a pleasant walk together with the residents towards Oud Caberg. Along the way, we will visit two characteristic farms, where stories will be shared about the history of these special places \ud83c\udfe1<\/p>\n\n\n\n For the seniors, an afternoon like this means much more than just a walk.
